Development Strategies completed a market analysis, shift-share analysis, TIF redevelopment plan, and fiscal impact analysis for the $340 million City Foundry development in Midtown St. Louis. The first phase involved the redevelopment of the former Federal Mogul and Century Electric plant into a mixed-use development consisting of more than 300,000 square feet of food hall, restaurant, upscale retail, and office space. The project also includes considerable public space, structured parking, and a “high-line” bike and pedestrian trail that reutilizes an abandoned rail trestle.
