We’re excited to see this mixed-use catalyst project taking shape following the Downtown Master Planning effort by Development Strategies and MKSK was completed last year. Development Strategies recommended the site for upscale apartments and an urban grocery store at the site, which are being incorporated into the development mix that will be anchored by an Omni Hotel.
