Sarah brings a depth of real estate experience to Development Strategies. Her background includes appraising affordable housing, self-storage facilities, manufactured housing, office, and retail; providing capital markets consulting services; leading tech roll-outs and customer relationship initiatives; and managing  brokerage teams and corporate strategy.  Her passion is helping to create more livable spaces and to improve the well-being and vibrancy of local communities. At Development Strategies, she focuses her practice on appraisal,  market analyses, and feasibility studies.
