Driven by an interest in creating more livable, equitable, and sustainable urban communities, Carolyn was brought to community development by way of social work. She is interested in resolving complex social problems through systems-levels solutions, catalyzed by policy change. As analyst, Carolyn works with the research team on various projects that include demographic and economic analyses, market research, and other research assignments.
